Valerie Cramer is an attorney in the Des Moines area. She specializes in representing clients in tax matters and real estate issues. Valerie also handles client business matters, such as contracts, sales and purchases of businesses, incorporation, and LLC formation. She represents clients in probate and estate planning.

Valerie Cramer has a Master of Taxation and Law Degree from Northern Illinois University. She is also a graduate of the University of Chicago and has a Certificate as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Illinois. She gained extensive experience in business matters by owning and operating a mold and plastic parts manufacturing facility for 14 years. She is admitted to the tax court.
